Corporate culture

At JCRA, we believe that a positive corporate culture is fundamental to our success.

We are friendly, encouraging, and eager to learn. We look for people that display genuine enthusiasm for professional services and financial risk management. JCRA’s fast-paced, social culture attracts a wide variety of people who are united by a dedication to excellent client service, a desire to learn, and the ability to deliver clear, concise advice.

Graduate and internship programme

We regularly offer a number of paid internship placements to both undergraduates and postgraduates.

These placements benefit those eager to gain experience in derivatives, financial risk and consultancy and if successfully completed, can lead to permanent placements on our graduate training scheme. JCRA encourages a collegiate culture, based on a network of support between team members and the exchange of ideas. From successful candidates, we hope to gain new insight, in return offering an introduction into financial risk management.

In both intern and graduate scheme candidates, we look those that have achieved excellent academic results but that also display an enthusiasm for learning about our industry. We ask that candidates complete a wide range of meaningful tasks, designed to encourage learning and interaction with other team members.

Learning and development

Education is fundamental to career development, so we support employees in their study aspirations.

We help our employees earn a range of credentials, including FSA, CFA and CQF qualifications, to contribute to our team always delivering expert, regulated advice. We also encourage all employees to learn from each other, and exchange ideas and knowledge based on experience.
